Rock Springs Farm benefit supports Republic Paw Pantry

The Republic Paw Pantry will host its Third Annual Dinner & Auction & Casino at Rock Springs Farm at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26th. The farm is located at 6349 S. State Hwy ZZ in Republic.

There's more than one way to help Republic Paw Pantry. On June 12, Addie Brown, 7, celebrated her birthday by asking for donations for the paw pantry in lieu of birthday presents.

Tickets are $35 per person which includes dinner, a silent auction, and $5,000 in casino play. You may purchase your tickets by calling (417) 893-0086 or visiting RepublicPawPantry.org.

Businesses are especially encouraged to attend and sponsor the event. Various levels are available. To donate auctions items worth $25, please call 417-893-0076 or emailing events@republicpawpantry.org. Sponsors also have the option of sponsoring casino tables: craps, blackjack and poker. Sponsorships are due before Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2015.

All proceeds will benefit the Republic Paw Pantry, which is supported solely by donations by businesses, the public and fundraising events. Pet food donations are welcomed and encouraged. Or you could follow the example of Addie Brown (see photo and caption).

Republic Paw Pantry is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent pets from being abandoned or surrendered due to financial crisis. Republic Paw Pantry provides temporary assistance of food and supplies to families affected by unemployment, chronic illness, and to seniors on fixed incomes.
